Heidi Justice, MPS
Heidi has been with UHHR since 2012 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2016. She has completed a bachelor’s degree in Art Education at the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Public Service at the Clinton School of Public Service. Heidi is trained in program evaluation and conflict mediation. She has painted murals in Utah, Arkansas and South Africa and previously served as a youth mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters. Heidi has worked in the education and non-profit sector for over ten years and with refugees for six years. At UHHR, Heidi works to build strong partnerships with service providers while offering support and direction to UHHR staff and the Board of Directors. Her role also includes developing and evaluating new programming, administering grants, managing agency finances and budgets, preparing reports and ensuring organizational compliance with various funders and coalitions.
